Sergio's New Good2Go Menu Has Arrived!

First national Cuban restaurant franchise releases healthy new options

July 12, 2015

(MIAMI, FL) - Sergio's Restaurant customers are buzzing about their new "Good2Go" menu. An extension of the popular Cuban restaurant franchise's La Flaca menu, Good2Go offers well balanced, customizable healthy carryout meals for people on the move.

"Our Good2Go menu is all healthy options, and grabbing a Good2Go snack will keep you satisfied through the work day," Sergio's Restaurants CEO Carlos Gazitua said. "These are all nutritious and wholesome options that keep you fueled and support an active lifestyle."

Good2Go is not like any other carryout menu: customers are encouraged to call Sergio's and build their own meal with qualifying Good2Go items. Soon, customers will also be able to submit their orders online.

Local businesses can enroll in Sergio's flexible company meal plans with no contract. And yes, these meals are customizable too! Sergio's doesn't want food to be wasted; they want Good2Go to be Good4U. Sergio's to-go containers are microwave safe, so heating up your meal won't be a problem.

Each meal provides 30 to 41 grams of protein – that's beneficial for anyone, but especially fitting for an active lifestyle. Good2Go also has snack items for purchase like yogurt, oatmeal, fruit cups, and hardboiled eggs.

"I love how convenient Good2Go is and the meals are so filling and have a lot of protein," Gold Medal US Olympian Danell Leyva said. "Athletes on a regular workout schedule or people who just want to eat healthy, fast now have a solid choice for their next meal on the go."

Good2Go items are made fresh daily, so customers can order items for a few days without concern. And, like Sergio's popular La Flaca menu, every choice is a healthy one.

Leyva joins national Crossfit Games Masters Champion Shawn Ramirez as spokesmen for the Good2Go menu. The two well-known Cuban-American athletes will be championing Sergio's new healthy eating options in the months ahead.
